The short version
Talk to us before anything else. Refund requests go through the contact page and are answered by a human, usually within one business day. We are genuinely reasonable with people who are reasonable with us; almost every honest situation described on this page ends with money back. What this page also does is draw clear lines, so the rules cannot be gamed at the expense of everyone who plays fair.
Subscription payments: 14 days, no questions
Any subscription payment, the first one or a renewal, can be refunded within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked. Ask through the contact page within those 14 days and the payment comes back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. When we refund a subscription payment, that subscription ends immediately; your history and account stay intact, only the plan stops.
Extra messages: refundable while unused
Extra message packs are available on an active plan. A purchase of extra messages can be refunded within 14 days as long as the messages have not been used. Extra messages are delivered instantly and consumed the moment you spend them, like any prepaid credit: once you have started using a purchase, it has done its job and can no longer be returned. If you bought a pack by accident, ask before using it and the refund is simple. Our records show precisely when extra messages were bought and when they were spent, so these decisions are made on facts, not memory.
The forgotten subscription
It happens: you meant to cancel, the renewal hit, and you only noticed from the bank statement. Our rule is simple and firm in both directions. If you did not use Amorlina at all during the renewed period, no messages sent, no analyses, no practice sessions, we refund that renewal even outside the 14-day window. This covers one renewal at most, the most recent one; earlier renewals are not refunded, which is one more reason to cancel the moment you decide to stop (it takes two clicks in your account and works until the last day of the paid period). If the account was used during the renewed period, the renewal was not forgotten, and the normal 14-day rule above is what applies.
Chargebacks: contact us instead, always
Everything above exists so you never need your bank to get money back from us. A chargeback filed without contacting us first takes weeks, costs everyone fees, and, because we hand our evidence to the payment networks, usually fails against the records we keep. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for unwarranted chargebacks: an account that disputes a legitimate charge instead of talking to us is permanently closed and may not return to Amorlina, and we may decline any future business. This is aimed at people trying to use the service and un-pay for it, not at fraud victims: if your card was stolen or a charge genuinely was not yours, dispute it with your bank as you should, and tell us too so we can lock the account down and help.
What we do not refund
Extra messages that have been used. More than one forgotten renewal. Periods in which the account was used. Promotional gifts and discounts, which have no cash value in any direction. And patterns: an account that repeatedly buys, consumes, and requests refunds is running a pattern, not having a problem. Those requests are declined, and the account may be closed.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces rights you cannot waive. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; by starting to use Amorlina immediately you agree that performance begins at once and that what has been consumed is deducted from any statutory refund, which for a fully used purchase can mean the withdrawal right lapses (Directive 2011/83/EU). Where your country's mandatory law is more generous than this page, that law wins. This page is our promise on top of the law, not instead of it.

Use the contact page and pick "Billing or refunds". Write from the email address on your account and say what happened in a sentence or two; you do not need to build a case, we can see the relevant records. A human reads every request.
