What Amorlina is
Amorlina is an AI relationship coaching service. Your coach helps you reflect on relationships, communicate more clearly, and prepare for difficult moments. It offers perspective and suggestions, not instructions; what you do with them is always your decision and your responsibility.
You are talking to an AI
The coach, the analyzers, and the practice stand-ins are artificial intelligence, and their replies are AI-generated, as the EU AI Act requires us to tell you plainly. AI can misunderstand, be wrong, or miss context, and its suggestions reflect only what you have shared with it. Use your own judgment, especially for consequential decisions. A human is always reachable through the contact page.
What Amorlina is not
Amorlina is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling by a licensed professional, medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment, or a medical device, and it must not be used as a substitute for any of those. It also does not provide legal or financial advice. If you or someone around you is in danger, contact local emergency services. If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One account per person; accounts are personal and not transferable. Sign-ups with disposable or temporary email addresses are refused. The starting allowance of welcome messages is granted once per person and only to accounts indicating an age of 19 or over; repeat sign-ups and automated account creation receive none.
Included credits, subscriptions, and fair use
New accounts include a starting allowance of credits to experience the coaching. Subscriptions renew automatically at the shown price and interval until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the paid period. Usage allowances per plan are shown at purchase; they exist so one account cannot consume the service at everyone else's expense, and we may add proportionate technical limits against automated or abusive consumption. EU consumers: by starting to use the digital service immediately you consent to performance beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; where you have used the service, any statutory refund may be reduced proportionally.
Acceptable use
Do not use Amorlina to harm, harass, stalk, or manipulate another person; to violate anyone's privacy; to generate unlawful content; or to probe, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service. Content you import must be content you may lawfully share with a service provider. Practice stand-ins exist to rehearse your own difficult conversations, never to script deception or abuse of the real person. We may suspend accounts that break these rules; where reasonable we will warn first.
Your content
Everything you share stays yours. You grant us the limited license needed to process it to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your relationship content for advertising and do not sell it.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available and correct, but as an early-stage product it is provided without an uptime guarantee, and AI model providers we depend on can have outages. We ship fixes quickly and the status of your subscription is never affected by an outage on our side lasting under a day; for longer disruptions we extend paid periods accordingly.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amorlina is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, in short: subscription payments are refundable within 14 days no questions asked, extra messages while unused, one forgotten renewal where the account saw no use, and always by contacting us first. Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us close the account permanently.
Comeback offers and gifts
We sometimes attach incentives to our emails: extra messages added to your account, or a percentage discount on your next payment. Discounts never exceed 30% - that is our ceiling for everyone, always, so waiting for a better deal is never the smart move. Discounts apply automatically at checkout, expire on the date stated in the email, apply to one payment only unless stated otherwise, and only the most recent discount is active (they do not stack). Message gifts are added to your account immediately and follow the same rules as welcome messages. Incentives have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice, refunding any prepaid period we do not deliver.
Complaints and governing law
If something is wrong, tell us first through the contact page; we answer within two business days. Dutch law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes go to the competent court under applicable law; EU consumers can also turn to their national consumer protection authority.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app with the new version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new version.
