Can I get a refund?
Usually, yes. Subscription payments: within 14 days, no questions asked. Extra messages: refundable while unused. Forgot to cancel and did not use the platform that period? We refund that one renewal. Always just contact us, a human reads every request, and we are quite reasonable. The full rules live in the Refund Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the app: Settings, then Plan and usage, then Manage. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your paid period, so you keep everything you paid for and nothing renews after. Your history and account stay; only the plan stops. No emails, no phone calls, no retention maze.
What are extra messages?
A one-time pack you can buy when a day needs more room than your plan allows. They never expire, they are only spent after your daily plan messages run out, and they are refundable while unused. They are a top-up, not a subscription: buying a pack never creates a recurring charge.

How do messages and plans work?
Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only in how many messages a day you can send. One reply from your AI coach costs one message. Bigger features cost more, and the cost is always shown next to the feature. Your welcome messages let you try everything before paying, and there is no card involved until you choose a plan.
My welcome messages ran out. What now?
Welcome messages are the one-time starting allowance, once per person, so a new account will not get more. Everything you built stays saved: pick any plan and the conversation continues exactly where it stopped. Occasionally we also send comeback gifts by email, so staying subscribed to our emails can quite literally pay off.
Am I talking to a real person?
No, and we will never pretend otherwise: the coach, the analyzers, and the practice stand-ins are AI, as the EU AI Act rightly requires us to say clearly. AI can be wrong or miss context, so use your own judgment for big decisions. A human (us) is always reachable through the contact page.

Who can read my conversations?
Your conversations exist to be read by you and processed by the AI that answers you, nothing else. We never sell data, never use your content for advertising, and our emails never contain what you or your AI coach wrote. Deleting content or your whole account works from Settings and is immediate. The Privacy Policy spells out every detail, including exactly which providers process what.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Account, then Delete account. It deactivates immediately and is permanently deleted after 14 days, a window that exists so an accidental deletion can be undone by logging back in. Individual items (a conversation, a person, an import) can be deleted anytime without touching the rest.

Privacy and data requests

You can exercise any data right directly from the product: export everything from Settings, delete anything individually, or delete your whole account. For anything else, pick "Privacy or my data" above and we will handle it within the legal deadlines.
